Robert Webb, founder of the company is a farmer’s son and a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer. He has acted for developers and landowners and has over twenty three years experience in the development industry.

Prior to setting up Webb Developments, he worked for several National and Regional House Builders. Unlike many agents, Robert has been directly employed by developers to purchase, sell land and manage the planning process of developing large complex development sites for some of the largest house builders in the UK. He has a unique skillset as he has also acted on development land for his own family land. As a business the company works for landowners, house builders and Public Bodies.

This extensive and rounded experience has provided the company with in-depth knowledge and expertise of the house building industry, including contacts with developers, solicitors, engineers and technical consultants, all of which are essential to promote and obtain planning permission to maximise the development value of each of our client’s land.

A qualified Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer, Fiona provides inspiration, motivation and guidance to leaders and managers in the business. Fiona along with Robert, directs the company’s operations to make sure it achieves its objectives effectively and efficiently.

Prior to becoming a Director at Webb Developments, Fiona has worked for a well known regional land agency firm, gaining experience and progressing through different departments giving her a wide and varied skill base.

With over eighteen years of experience in the land and property sectors in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire, Fiona has acted for landowners and developers, holding an integral role in the business.
